T & J DESIGNS INC. WHOLESALE AGREEMENT
We stand behind our products and aim to keep our resellers and their customers satisfied. We have standard procedures for dealing with manufacturers defects, but we do not issue credit or replacements for products that were returned due to improper care, or when worn out. Credit or replacements under our warranty are given at our discretion.
Claims: Claims for shortage or rejection for defects must be made in writing within five (5) days of receipt of goods. Merchandise shall be returned only upon T & J Designs written authorization. We accept no responsibility for merchandise returned without our authorization. Credit will not be issued on any products which have been altered or defaced in any way or upon which additional operations have been performed. T & J Designs liability in respect to goods furnished hereunder shall be limited to the purchase price of the goods in respect to which damages are claimed.
Returns: If you ordered incorrectly or decide you don’t want the items, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and any shipping costs are your responsibility. Items cannot be returned without a Return Authorization number from T & J Designs.
Lead Time: Our lead-time on orders for in stock items is 1-3 days from receipt to shipping. Orders received after 2PM MST are not processed until the following business day. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
Payments and Payment Terms
We offer several payment methods listed below.
Credit Card Payment: Credit card payments are preferred. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Open Account: To apply for an open account with T & J Designs, please request our Credit Application. Our terms on open account are net 30 days or COD. Re-orders will be held until your account is current. Open accounts can opt to pay within terms by credit card, COD, or company check.
Overdue Accounts: Accounts will be subject to and interest charge of 2% per month or 26.8% per annum, commencing the first day after the invoice is due. Terms will be reverted to pre-payment if account is overdue or payment by check is returned NSF. There will be a $20 service charge added to your account for any returned checks (NSF).
Collection Costs: Collection costs will be borne by the purchaser if it becomes necessary to employ the services of a solicitor or outside agency to effect collection of the account.
Minimum Order: Six Items.
All price lists, terms and conditions, are subject to change without notice. All prices listed exclude tax and freight.
Shipping: We ship FOB from our fulfillment house in Colorado using UPS Ground freight, and need written routing instructions if another method of shipping is required. All freight charges, handling charges and COD charges will be billed to the customer. Expedited shipping services are available upon request at the customer’s expense.
UPC Codes: UPC Codes are assigned to each product.
Online Selling: T & J Designs new products are not allowed on any auction distribution/retail websites unless you have been previously approved and have obtained authorization from T & J Designs.
